1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YTsounds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User-Generated Content

YTsounds allows users to upload, share, and play audio clips ("Sounds"). You retain all ownership rights to Sounds you upload. By uploading a Sound, you grant YTsounds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and distribute that Sound through the YTsounds platform.

3. Your Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload any Sound you submit
  • Your Sounds do not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Your Sounds do not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload Sounds that: contain copyrighted material you do not own or have a license to use; are illegal, threatening, harassing, or hateful; contain malware or malicious code; impersonate others; or violate any third-party rights.

5. DMCA / Copyright Infringement

YTsounds respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe any Sound on YTsounds infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice as described in our Copyright Policy. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

YTsounds will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any Sound, suspend or terminate any account, and restrict access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

YTsounds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for user-generated content. YTsounds operates as a service provider under the DMCA safe harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. ┬з 512).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of YTsounds after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
